As of now, RandomWhys primarily offers free access to blog content. However, this policy will be applicable to any future paid services we may introduce, such as premium subscriptions, downloadable content, or exclusive online courses.

Cancellation Process

If you subscribed to a paid service on RandomWhys and wish to cancel, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Access your account settings: Locate and log in to your account settings on the RandomWhys website.
  2. Manage Subscription: Within your account settings, navigate to the section managing your subscription details.
  3. Cancellation Option: Look for a designated “Cancel Subscription” button or option. Clicking this will initiate the cancellation process.

Refunds

  1. If you have a paid subscription to RandomWhys and would like to request a refund, please email randomwhyss@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”.
  2. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the most recent billing date for your subscription.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request and will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  4. Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, based on the time remaining in your subscription period.
  5. Refunds will not be issued for any content or features you have already accessed or used during your subscription period.
  6. Unfortunately, some services may be non-refundable due to their nature. This would be clearly mentioned at the point of purchase for such services (e.g., downloadable content once accessed).
